Job Title: Digital Operations Specialist

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assortment Lifecycle Management: Onboard new styles, manage visibility, and execute exits.
  • Style Performance Analysis: Track and improve sales, sell-through, margins, return %, and stock health through data-backed insights.
  • Internal Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure timely execution of product go-lives, inventory sync, and replenishment with internal teams.
  • Business KPI Monitoring: Monitor daily run rate, GMV, category-wise contribution, and return rate to inform business decisions.
  • Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with platform category managers to plan growth initiatives, visibility slots, and marketing campaigns.
  • Season Launches and Liquidation Plans: Assist in executing season launches, exclusive capsule collections, and liquidation plans.
  • Product Content and Brand Imagery: Work with catalog and marketing teams to ensure high-quality product content and brand imagery.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
