Business Intelligence Analyst – HR

Job Summary:

The Business Intelligence Analyst – HR will be responsible for managing HR-related data and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and publish daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports from Darwinbox.
  • Monitor and maintain data hygiene across HR databases and ensure employee records are up to date.
  • Track leave, absenteeism, late coming, and other attendance-related metrics.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all HR MIS reports.
  • Support HR audits by providing accurate and relevant data.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to identify gaps in data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for attendance and other HR metrics.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis to support HR management decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR MIS, HR Operations, or Data Management.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, data validation, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (preferably Darwinbox).
  • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage large datasets.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
