Human Resource Data Analyst

The Human Resource Data Analyst will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing and interpreting HR data to support decision-making processes and improve HR functions within the organization.

Responsibilities include gathering, cleaning and maintaining HR data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The analyst will also develop and manage HR databases and data systems to streamline data collection processes.

  • Data Analysis:
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns and insights related to recruitment, employee performance, turnover, compensation and other HR metrics.
  • Conduct predictive and prescriptive analyses to forecast HR trends and support strategic planning.
  • Reporting and Visualization:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive reports, dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to HR leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting on key HR metrics to support business objectives.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to implement process improvements and track their impact.
  • Compliance and Data Governance:
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies regarding HR data.
