**Job Title:** Data Analyst Assistant Manager

**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing insightful data analysis, managing HR dashboards, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting of HR metrics.

The successful candidate will have a strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros) and experience with HRMS platforms and analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR data reporting, analytics, dashboards, and ensure data accuracy to support strategic decision-making across the HR function.
  • Prepare regular HR reports, dashboards, and metrics related to headcount, attrition, hiring, attendance, employee engagement, PMS data, etc.
  • Collaborate with different HR verticals (Talent Acquisition, L&D, HR Operations) to gather data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Automate reports and streamline reporting processes using tools like Excel, Power BI/Tableau, or other analytics platforms.

**Requirements:**

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR MIS or HR analytics.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and data accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
