Job Description:
- Analyse and audit human resources data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports and insights.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and market research.
- Support projects in organisational design, job evaluation and role profiling.
- Develop people analytics frameworks for workforce planning, engagement, diversity equity inclusion and retention.
- Recommend best practices by tracking external HR and compensation trends.
The Ideal Candidate
- Human resources professional with 4-6 years of experience, ideally post-MBA, with expertise in at least one HR specialisation.
- Strong analytical skills, compensation benchmarking and stakeholder management, with advanced Excel skills preferred, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
