Job Opportunity

Overview:

This is a senior leadership position within our team, requiring exceptional expertise and strong leadership skills. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Indian accounting standards and be able to apply relevant standards to complex engagements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Apply relevant accounting standards and independently execute engagements while researching technical accounting issues.
  • Build client relationships and communicate at all levels within an organization and Assurance Committee Meetings.
  • Drive meetings with senior management and assist in identifying interesting companies for pitching / ideation.
  • Maintain awareness of new developments in the profession, business, industry, and regulatory environment.
  • Qualification: CA

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of Indian GAAP and working knowledge of differences from Indian GAAP to Ind AS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills to deal with senior management.
  • Ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions.
  • Proven supervision and coaching skills.
  • Ability to motivate teams and manage multiple engagements.
