Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Executive to join our team.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently, providing creative solutions within set deadlines.
  • Demonstrate expertise in understanding various documents related to sales agreements, deeds, and other legal documents.
  • Facilitate customer registration and document preparation, fostering a seamless experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Show a willingness to learn and utilize AI-powered tools to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Cultivate relationships with financial institutions for documentation purposes.
  • Liaise with the Account, Legal, and Liaisoning departments, process customer accounts, and adhere to strict turnaround times.
