Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Executive to spearhead our technology infrastructure and services. This role combines technical expertise with leadership acumen to drive the smooth operation of our systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring network availability, server performance, and system uptime.
  • Provide advanced technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Manage day-to-day IT tasks and user requests, guaranteeing timely resolution.
  • Implement and manage software deployment, updates, and patching across our systems.
Technical Requirements:
  • Proficiency in administering Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy).
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, Firewalls, Routers, Switches).
  • Experience with Firewall, Endpoint Protection System (EPS), and Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) administration.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V).
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with database management (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
  • Experience with IT security best practices, antivirus solutions, and data backup strategies.
  • Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Experience with Google Apps (Workspace) administration and Office 365 administration.
  • Knowledge and experience with CCTV and Access Control systems.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate).
  • Experience with ITIL framework or other IT service management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
