We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Manager.
This leadership position requires exceptional leadership skills, effective communication and presentation abilities, as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive benefit strategies for clients, including plan design, vendor relationships, and cost drivers.
- They will analyze industry trends, emerging benefits solutions, and best practices to deliver innovative advice and recommendations to clients.
- The Senior Manager will also identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to current clients, participate in prospecting opportunities with new clients, and collaborate with other teams for client projects.
- Additional responsibilities include developing and executing project plans, presenting to client groups, benchmarking survey data, and summarizing reviewed information.
To be successful in this role, the Senior Manager should possess:
- Proven leadership skills and traits (elected leader in community, school & college). Background of having leadership roles.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred, particularly with a postgraduate or actuarial degree, and experience in health insurance.
