Job Title: Advanced Security Operations Specialist

As a senior member of our security operations team, you will play a critical role in protecting our organization's assets and infrastructure from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead incident response efforts for high-impact security incidents, ensuring timely and effective remediation and resolution.
  • Develop and implement detection rules based on organizational risks and threats, utilizing your expertise in log formats, sources, and parsing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance threat intelligence and improve overall security posture.
  • Design and optimize KPI/KRI reports to measure security performance and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Utilize SIEM and analytics tools, such as Securonix, Sentinel, or Splunk, to analyze alert data and refine use cases.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in incident response and security operations, with a strong understanding of security best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.

Working Conditions:

Participate in current operations, including on-call rotation, which may involve after-hours responsibilities and escalations.
