Financial Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Professional to manage our day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong process knowledge and practical exposure in SAP FICO, with hands-on experience in T-Codes. They will also be responsible for supporting project accounting, reconciliations, vendor management, and MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal financial controls and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of finance processes at project sites.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and analyses.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in accounting/finance.
- SAP FICO trained with practical implementation knowledge.
- Proficiency in SAP T-Codes for financial transactions.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Familiarity with financial software and systems.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
