Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Growth Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth through data-driven marketing strategies. As a key member of our marketing team, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to optimize campaign targeting and messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize campaign performance through continuous testing and experimentation, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and ad copy refinement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize web analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven 4+ years of work experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts, channels, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other programmatic platforms.
  • Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding marketing goals.
