Performance Marketing Executive - (Min 2 years experience) Location: Noida, Sector 9 Company: Digiplustech Employment Type: Full-Time About Digiplustech: Digiplustech is a performance-driven marketing agency specializing in E-commerce and Lead Generation . We help businesses scale through high-converting ad campaigns, funnel optimization, and automation . We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who understands the complete digital marketing funnel, from traffic acquisition to conversion, and has hands-on experience with landing pages and ad creatives. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for E-commerce and Lead Generation . Build and optimize landing pages and sales funnels using tools like ClickFunnels, Unbounce, Leadpages, Systeme.io, or GoHighLevel . Work on ad creatives with a strong design sense to improve CTR and conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and funnel steps. Manage retargeting and lookalike audience strategies for better ROI. Track key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPL, CAC, LTV) and optimize accordingly. Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad assets. Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and AI-based ad automation . Requirements: 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing (E-commerce & Lead Gen experience is a must). Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads . Experience with landing page builders like ClickFunnels, Unbounce, or GoHighLevel. Good design sense and understanding of UI/UX for high-converting pages. Proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, and tracking pixels . Experience with email automation, SMS marketing, and lead nurturing funnels is a plus.
