Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist & Digital Marketing Executive to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition through paid and organic digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of online marketing strategies, data analytics, and ad campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:Performance Marketing:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve conversions.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
Digital Marketing:
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic website traffic and search rankings.
  • Create and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns.
  • Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Track website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Hotjar.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing and brand partnership strategies to enhance reach and credibility.
Key Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-4 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Skills:
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid ad platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, keyword research, and backlink strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.
  • Ability to analyze data and create reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred: Experience in the fitness industry, e-commerce, or lead generation businesses is a plus.
