Job Role:

Business Growth Specialist

A leading global technology services firm is seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join its US-based team. As a specialized global full-service provider and technology-agnostic consultant, the successful candidate will help clients transform their business and IT operations to achieve optimum results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a sales pipeline, nurture, and maintain new client relationships in assigned territories.
  • Gain access to key decision-makers and secure new clients' contracts for Full-time and/or Contingent workforce solutions and services.
  • Maintain account and sales activities in CRM.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients to develop and retain business.
  • Collaborate marketing efforts to generate qualified target opportunities for new clients.
  • Create effective action plans to accomplish Monthly and Quarterly performance targets.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • A self-motivated individual with high integrity, competitive drive, and strong professional goals.
  • Highly assertive nature with excellent decision-making skills.
  • Professional attitude and work habits, able to multitask efficiently and effectively, and work independently.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Possess current B2B sales experience via cold-calling and marketing campaigns in the contingent (temp) staffing industry.
  • Knowledgeable and skilled to develop business relationships, understand client needs, and provide solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong desire to succeed.
