Business Development Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Arthashastra Intelligence. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our leadership team to shape the future of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in lead generation efforts by conducting research and implementing other lead generation initiatives to identify potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Identify target regions, industries, and institutions to gather information and build a comprehensive database of potential leads.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align lead-generation efforts with overall sales strategies.
- Support the sales team in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
Requirements:
- Graduated in any relevant domain.
- Previous experience of up to 2 years in B2B sales, pre-sales, customer success, or account expansion is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to conduct research and gather information effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot/Freshsales.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow the international sales field.
CTC Range: 5-7 LPA + Commission on project closures
Location: Madhapur, Hitech City, Hyderabad
