Xemplar Insights is seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to drive sales growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales performance metrics and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with potential clients, cultivating strong relationships with customers, and providing initial level-1 support to customers until they get comfortable with our software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers
  • Provide initial level-1 support to customers
  • Work with the product team to resolve technical issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in English and fluency in local languages such as Telugu and Hindi
  • Strong sales outlook and ability to handle rejections
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint Presentation and MS Excel
