About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services.
  • Product/Service Presentation: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
  • Sales Closure: Close sales deals by persuading prospects to make a purchase or commit to a desired action.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including sales calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Education industry.
  • You have working knowledge of Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
  • Previous experience in a call centre or sales environment is a plus.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product/service features and benefits persuasively.
