Job Description

 

Summary

Kanerika Software is seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities
  • Pitch our technology services value proposition to companies in the US, EMEA, and India.
  • Identify potential customers through smart and innovative market research and industry intelligence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in prospective organizations.
  • Participate in the sales pursuit process and accelerate the conversion of leads into strategic customers.
  • Conduct market research and gather industry intelligence to generate new leads.
  • Schedule meetings and calls with prospects and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate global outreach.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong client relationship skills.
  • Passion for marketing and sales, with a willingness to take on challenges and meet targets consistently.
  • Graduate in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing is preferred.
  • Passing percentage of 65% and higher.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Inquisitiveness to do industry research and market intelligence to generate leads.
  • Hunger to grow at a rapid pace and help grow the organization.
  • Good time-management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Self-starter, ability to work with senior leadership with little or no guidance.
  • Positive and a can-do attitude.
