Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide field service support for our products
  • Handle breakdown calls in a timely manner
  • Earn high customer satisfaction by effectively managing expectations
  • Compile monthly reports on service performance
  • Optimize repairs and maintenance activities for operational efficiency
  • Escalate issues and resolve customer concerns through informed decision-making
  • Publish and maintain documentation for field service organizations
  • Maintain online documentation and perform troubleshooting
  • Foster effective teamwork and build strong relationships with customers
  • Conduct hands-on training for international field service organizations (up to 20% travel)
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in laboratory equipment repair and troubleshooting
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel across India for customer visits
  • Valid driver's license and experience driving both automatic and manual vehicles
