
Elite Hiring Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our hiring efforts in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for building innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging AI tools, and elevating how we attract top tech and consulting talent.
What You Will Do
- Drive elite hiring: Build creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract the best Product Engineers, Cloud Architects, Functional Consultants, and more from across Kerala, TN, and other key markets across India.
- Be a market shaper: Identify and tap into new talent pools across cities and competitor ecosystems to stay ahead of the curve.
- Leverage AI and tech: Utilize AI-powered tools, data insights, and digital strategies to drive recruitment productivity, efficiency, and smarter decision-making.
- Own the candidate experience: Act as both recruiter and brand ambassador selling our vision to top candidates and creating differentiated engagement for high-demand profiles.
- Partner and influence: Collaborate with senior business leaders, hiring managers, and global stakeholders to define talent needs and deliver on ambitious goals.
- Lead with accountability: Drive and report on KPIs like time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline velocity, and diversity.
- Elevate the team: Mentor recruiters, instill a sales-oriented and data-driven mindset, and build a culture of excellence in TA.
What We Are Looking For
We require a candidate with at least 10-12 years of progressive TA experience, including 3–4 years leading small - mid-sized hiring teams. Proven success in hiring elite, hard-to-find talent in tech / SaaS / product companies is essential. A go-getter mindset, persuasive skills, and ability to thrive under ambitious goals are also necessary.
A strong ability to think outside the box, creative sourcing, employer branding, digital and social engagement, experience using AI-based recruiting tools, market intelligence platforms, and automation to transform TA delivery are also required. Excellent communication and influencing skills, data-driven approach, sharp focus on recruitment KPIs and ROI, and a technical background (B.Tech or equivalent) are all desirable.
