Main Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support:">
  • Provide end-to-end technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.">
  • Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.">
  • Network Management:">
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, and switches to maintain network security and connectivity.">
  • Maintain and monitor network security and ensure compliance with industry standards.">
  • Cloud Administration:">
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (O365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online) to ensure smooth cloud operations.">
  • Manage Azure services including Intune, Azure AD, Defender, and Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, artifacts, boards).">
  • Documentation and Compliance:">
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, SOPs, and asset registers to ensure transparency and accountability.">
  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT security policies and international standards.">

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of firewalls, routers, and switches.">
  • Experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory.">
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (O365, Exchange, SharePoint).">
  • Experience in backup solutions (Veeam).">
  • Familiarity with SQL Server management.">
  • Proficient in Azure Intune, Azure AD, Defender, and Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines).">
