Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth assessments for children with varied requirements.
  • Collaborate with health professionals to develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Deliver one-to-one and group therapy sessions focusing on each child's development level.
  • Provide assistance for physical access and mobility within the school environment.
  • Monitor progress using evidence-based tools.
  • Support pupils with postural management programs and safe handling strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years experience working with children and adults with multiple disabilities.
  • Degree in Physiotherapy (BSc or MSc) and HCPC registration.
  • Manual Handling and Safeguarding Children qualifications.
  • Knowledge of conditions affecting motor development and expertise with specialist equipment.
