Job Title:

Lead Process Engineer:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Process Engineer to lead our process engineering teams in developing and implementing manufacturing processes and procedures that meet company standards and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures that meet company standards and quality requirements.
  • Design and develop tools and equipment to support production and manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful equipment installation, commissioning, and operation.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction and develop strategies to implement these improvements.
  • Utilize industry best practices and standards to ensure quality and safety of manufacturing processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in automation, IoT, and manufacturing 4.0 and integrate new technologies into production processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in process engineering within the automobile industry, with a focus on machine installation, tool design, and layout making.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to manufacturing operations.
  • Ability to plan and organize own work, detail-oriented, and flexible.
