Manufacturing IT Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee our IT service management and application management services portfolio.

As a key member of our organization, you will lead a team of IT professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous development. You will foster a collaborative and innovative environment that drives success.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing manufacturing applications and IT service management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. You will oversee the IT service management processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices (e.g., ITIL). Additionally, you will manage incident, problem, and change management processes for manufacturing applications.

In this role, you will evaluate the effectiveness of manufacturing application support, coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve application issues, and implement enhancements. You will also plan and execute project rollouts of upgraded MES versions across global factory plants, develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
IT Service Management:
  • Oversee IT service management processes.
  • Manage incident, problem, and change management processes.
Application Management Services:
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of manufacturing application support.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Project Management:
  • Plan and execute project rollouts.
  • Develop and manage project plans.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing manufacturing applications and IT service management.
  • Proven experience in project management.
