We are looking for a forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer to spearhead our automotive lighting and signaling systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the technology strategy aligned with our business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving innovation, ensuring compliance with global standards, and strengthening our competitive edge through cutting-edge technologies. You will lead global R&D programs, drive innovation in smart and connected signaling systems, oversee prototype development, and ensure strong IP generation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the technology strategy for lighting & signaling systems aligned with business goals.
  • Anticipate industry trends such as LED, OLED, Laser, Adaptive Matrix Lighting, Digital Lighting, and V2X light communication.
  • Develop a long-term roadmap for interior and exterior lighting and signaling technologies supporting safety, sustainability, and electrification.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Optoelectronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in automotive product development.
  • A strong understanding of optics, photometry, electronics, and software-defined lighting systems.
  • Experience in managing multi-site engineering teams across geographies.
