Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our technological journey. As the Chief Technology Lead, you will be responsible for architecting our entire technological universe.

You will translate vision into architecture, designing, building, and scaling our secure, high-performance platform. Your expertise in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure will be crucial in balancing speed, security, and scale.

As a hands-on leader, you will write critical code, review PRs, mentor early engineers, and build a culture of technical excellence that drives innovation and success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-7+ years of experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role within FinTech, WealthTech, or a highly regulated BFSI environment
  • Deep expertise in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations (SEBI, RBI)
  • A founder's mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach
