About this role: Our ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration and deployment of SCADA and MES applications across manufacturing operations.

We are seeking a talented engineer with strong technical leadership skills to architect and implement real-time data acquisition visualization and reporting solutions.

The successful candidate will ensure seamless integration of OT systems, PLC, SCADA, MES with enterprise IT systems ERP databases cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design configuration and deployment of SCADA and MES applications
  • Architect and implement real-time data acquisition visualization and reporting solutions
  • Ensure seamless integration of OT systems with enterprise IT systems

Requirements:

  • Strong background in MES functions, production tracking OEE downtime analysis, traceability SPC etc
  • Proficiency with database technologies, SQL Server MySQL, PostgreSQL or equivalent
  • Familiarity with industrial control systems PLC, SCADA HMIs and plant floor connectivity

Bonus Skills:

  • MQTT for IIoT messaging and lightweight communication
  • OPC UA for industrial interoperability
  • REST APIs for system interconnectivity
