Our organization is looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Vice President, Infrastructure Engineering.

This position plays a pivotal role in driving efficiency, optimization, and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have deep technical, architectural, and domain skills, combined with commercial orientation and fiscal prudence.

  • Lead end-to-end operating model ownership: As a key leader, you will oversee a significant portion of our global organization, championing service excellence, platform stability, security, and resilience.
  • Engage with business stakeholders: You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and drive high stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Act as the single point of accountability: As the technology service provisioning expert, you will ensure seamless execution of enterprise-wide programs and initiatives aligned with strategy.

The successful candidate will possess 20+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with expertise in compute and storage technologies, operating systems, database, middleware, cloud, container, and network services. They should also have 10+ years of experience in the banking and financial services industry and 15+ years of experience in managing global teams and delivering technology service solutions.
