Job Title: Product Designer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Product Designer to join our team. This professional will be responsible for creating user-centered interfaces and product flows that balance innovation, aesthetics, and functionality with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual interfaces.
  • Collaborate closely with product, technology, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain consistency of visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze usability research and apply user feedback to inform design improvements.
  • Document scalable design guidelines and systems for the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital product design.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear and effective visual solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary environments.
  • Up-to-date portfolio with relevant project examples.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fintech, payment apps, or global digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Knowledge of motion design, advanced prototyping, or design systems.
