Digital Transformation Specialist

The position of Digital Transformation Specialist is a key role in driving adoption and innovation by managing a team of consultants and working closely with business stakeholders, technology support teams to ensure the successful configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of human capital management modules.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all the HCM modules.
- Stakeholder Management: Work with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure the success of the implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues. Act as the primary liaison between business units (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) and the implementation team.
- System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of HCM modules where needed, according to business needs and best practices.
- Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides. Plan for pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
- Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement to ensure the successful adoption of technology solutions, both to HR teams and wider global workforce.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
- Experience:
- Overall 12 to 15+ years of experience with experience in implementing HR systems and supporting Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end HCM implementations across multiple modules.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.
- Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function.
