We are currently looking for a skilled Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our IT Sales recruitment team.

About the Role:

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for an experienced talent sourcer who can identify, attract, and engage top IT Sales talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To source high-quality IT Sales candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates
  • To utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to secure the best candidates for our open positions
  • To analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the talent acquisition game

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. They will be proficient in using a range of tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and CRM software.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent sourcing
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
