Expertrons is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand talent requirements, identifying top-tier candidates, and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain the best talent. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you&aposll gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and play a pivotal role in shaping the future workforce of Expertrons.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand and support staffing requirements.
- Assist in defining and refining selection criteria for various roles.
- Source and engage potential candidates through online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks).
- Support the planning and execution of interview and selection processes, including scheduling, screening calls, assessments, and interviews.
- Review and organize candidate information, such as resumes and contact details.
- Help design job descriptions and interview questionnaires that align with role-specific requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and past applicants to nurture a robust talent pipeline.
Who You Are:
- An Excellent Communicator with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Being a tech-savvy sourcer with hands-onexperience with leading job platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, and Monster, along with proficiency in leveraging sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional networks like LinkedIn, Facebook, and others.
- Astrong interest in building relationships and creating a positive candidate experience.
- Ready towork closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teamsto align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- An ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy in candidate records and communications.
- Being a self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and attracting talent in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields.
- Availability for a minimum internship duration of 3-6 months.
- Passion for startups and business growth strategies.
- Comfortable with Bring Your Own Device Policy.
