About the Role

This IT Systems Infrastructure Manager position is critical in ensuring seamless IT operations across our campuses, supporting both academic and administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive problem-solving approach, strong technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • School ERP System Management:
    • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the School ERP system to ensure smooth operations.
    • Perform timely updates, ensure data accuracy, and resolve system-related issues.
    • Provide training to staff to enhance the effective use of the system.
  • Admissions CRM Administration:
    • Manage and optimize CRM platforms for student admissions, ensuring effective lead tracking and reporting.
    • Customize workflows and processes to align with institutional needs.
  • Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 Administration:
    • Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
    • Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with IT protocols.
    • Integrate productivity tools with existing infrastructure for operational efficiency.
  • Android Mobile Device Management (MDM):
    • Deploy, configure, and manage Android devices used across the institution.
    • Implement security measures to protect organizational data and devices.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
    • Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing timely solutions to minimize disruptions.
    • Support staff and faculty in resolving hardware, software, and network challenges.
  • IT Documentation & Training:
    • Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guidelines.
    • Conduct training sessions to enhance staff proficiency in IT systems and tools.
  • Data Security & Compliance:
    • Enforce robust data security protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with IT policies and regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT systems administration, preferably in an educational or similar environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in School ERP system management, hands-on experience with Admissions CRM platforms, advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration, expertise in Android MDM tools and security protocols.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Certifications in Google Workspace Administration, Microsoft 365, ITIL, or related areas.
