Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior IT Systems Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the institution's IT systems, ensuring seamless operations across our campuses.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Management: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the School ERP system, perform timely updates, ensure data accuracy, and resolve system-related issues.
  • Admissions CRM Administration: Manage and optimize CRM platforms for student admissions, customize workflows and processes to align with institutional needs.
  • Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 Administration: Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies, monitor system performance, and ensure compliance with IT protocols.
  • Android Mobile Device Management (MDM): Deploy, configure, and manage Android devices used across the institution, implement security measures to protect organizational data and devices.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, provide timely solutions to minimize disruptions, support staff and faculty in resolving hardware, software, and network challenges.
  • IT Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guidelines, conduct training sessions to enhance staff proficiency in IT systems and tools.
  • Data Security & Compliance: Enforce robust data security protocols to safeguard sensitive information, conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with IT policies and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT systems administration, preferably in an educational or similar environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in School ERP system management, hands-on experience with Admissions CRM platforms, advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration, expertise in Android MDM tools and security protocols.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Additional Requirements

  • Candidates must be willing to relocate to Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
  • Experience in the education sector is a significant advantage.
