About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the institution's IT systems, ensuring seamless operations across our campuses. Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting School ERP systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Performing timely updates, ensuring data accuracy, and resolving system-related issues.
  • Providing training to staff to enhance the effective use of the system.
  • Managing and optimizing Admissions CRM platforms for student admissions, ensuring effective lead tracking and reporting.
  • CUSTOMIZING workflows and processes to align with institutional needs.
  • Setting up and managing user accounts, permissions, and security policies in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
  • Monitoring system performance and ensuring compliance with IT protocols.
  • Integrating productivity tools with existing infrastructure for operational efficiency.
  • Deploying, configuring, and managing Android devices used across the institution.
  • Implementing security measures to protect organizational data and devices.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing timely solutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Supporting staff and faculty in resolving hardware, software, and network challenges.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Conducting training sessions to enhance staff proficiency in IT systems and tools.
  • Enforcing robust data security protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with IT policies and regulations.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced professional with:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT systems administration, preferably in an educational or similar environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in School ERP system management.
  • Hands-on experience with Admissions CRM platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Expertise in Android MDM tools and security protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
