As a Business leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and exceeding targets in a competitive market environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Generation: Identify key decision-makers, clients or prospects risks needs and determines the services, products, and combinations that will best serve and address the client/prospect's issues and objectives.
  • Cross-Selling Products: Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally to cross-sell products with existing clients.
  • Claims Advocacy and Servicing: Provide proficiency in claims advocacy and servicing to ensure continuous engagement with different stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Conduct gap analysis of existing policies, suggesting better terms and negotiating the same with the markets.
  • Client Retention: Retain and expand existing client relationships through strategic thinking and relationship-building.
  • Network Development: Develop and maintain an effective network within the business community and industry.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Regular Visits: Visit insurance companies regularly to ensure continuous engagement with different stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Relationship Management: Ability to manage & build relationships with internal and external customers, insurance partners and servicing vendors.
  • Domain Knowledge: Domain knowledge preferred.
  • Educational Qualification: MBA degree.
  • Technical Skills: Technical knowledge - MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of corporate relationship management experience from a service background.
  • Cultural Adaptability: Ability to manage diverse client cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in Insurance Companies/Insurance Broking company.
  • Sales Performance: Proven track record of success in sales roles with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
  • Employer Market Segment: Deep understanding of Employer market segment and their unique demands and purchasing style.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively with team at all levels to effectively close business.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies in a competitive market environment.
  • Industry Awareness: Interest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in Health And Benefits Space.
  • Accountability: Results-Oriented with a strong sense of accountability and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
