We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team at 2coms. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for calling potential or existing customers to provide financial support and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to customers to discuss financial support options
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings to effectively communicate with customers
- Fresh graduates or undergraduates with a strong passion for sales and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of computer programs and telephone systems
- Fluency in Hindi language and ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
