Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Telecalling Executives to join our dynamic team at EDGO International. As a Telecalling Executive, you will make outbound calls to prospective students, providing them with information about our study abroad programs and guiding them through the application process. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 0 to 3 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain the study abroad programs offered by EDGO International
  • Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume, leads generated, and conversions
  • Follow up with interested prospects and provide ongoing support and guidance
  • Utilize CRM software to track and update student information
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve overall student recruitment goals
