Job Overview

We're looking for experienced Telecalling Executives to join our team. As a Telecalling Executive, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, providing them with information about our study abroad programs and guiding them through the application process. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 0 to 3 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain our study abroad programs
  • Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume, leads generated, and conversions
  • Follow up with interested prospects and provide ongoing support and guidance
  • Utilize CRM software to track and update student information
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve overall student recruitment goals

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven sales skills and the ability to influence and persuade
  • Familiarity with calling etiquettes and the ability to engage with prospective students
  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection gracefully
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
