Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Decotales, a leading interior design firm. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth through effective lead generation, prospecting, and sales pitches.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation
  • Identify potential customers through various channels, including telecalling and online research.
  • Create and maintain a database of leads for future follow-up.
Prospecting
  • Initiate contact with potential customers via phone calls, emails, or in-person visits.
  • Introduce the company's products or services and assess their interest.
Sales Pitch
  • Deliver a compelling sales pitch to generate interest and curiosity among potential customers.
  • Highlight the key benefits and features of the products or services.
Appointment Setting
  • Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Ensure that appointments are well-documented and communicated effectively.
Follow-Up
  • Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Address any questions or concerns they may have.
Customer Education
  • Provide basic information about the company, its products, and their benefits to potential customers.
  • Educate leads on how the products or services can meet their needs.
Feedback Collection
  • Gather feedback from potential customers regarding their interest, objections, or concerns.
  • Share feedback with the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, appointments, and outcomes using CRM software or other tools.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in telecalling or sales roles and be proficient in using Microsoft Excel or similar tools for lead tracking and data management.

The successful candidate will be able to adapt to different customer personas and tailor communication accordingly. They should also have strong selling and persuasion abilities to engage potential customers and motivate them to take action.
