Job Opportunity:

Seeking a seasoned JD Edwards ERP professional to lead organizational transitions. The selected candidate will design and implement end-to-end JDE processes, configure modules, and ensure seamless integration with external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Design & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive JDE process maps for company separation, including inactivation of accounts, closure of company codes, and data extraction strategies.
  • Finance Module Expertise: Configure and support modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and multi-currency setups, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Data Migration & Integration: Oversee historical data extraction and handover to acquiring entities, guaranteeing seamless integration with systems like SAP, Hyperion, and EBS during transitions.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement SOX-compliant security measures using tools like All Out, generating and reviewing SOD, sensitive access, and firefighting ID reports.
  • Documentation & Training: Prepare thorough process documents, runbooks, and training materials, conducting user training and creating self-help documentation to reduce support tickets.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12-15 years of experience in JD Edwards ERP with a focus on Finance and cross-functional modules, demonstrating expertise and leadership.
  • Proven experience in at least one company separation, merger, or acquisition project, showcasing ability to adapt and thrive in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of JDE configuration, data structures, and integration points, enabling effective solutions and implementation.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, audit readiness), ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, facilitating collaboration and driving results.
