At Bbg-Etc, we are transitioning from a legacy ERP system to a new, integrated solution built within Zoho One.

The successful candidate will lead the technical setup, configuration, and optimization of our new ERP environment in Zoho, requiring both technical capability and practical business process understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator for invoicing, AR/AP, inventory, cylinder tracking/management, and customer management.
  • Migrate customer, product, and transaction data from our legacy ERP with accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop custom modules, workflows, and automations as appropriate to fit our operations.
  • Integrate Zoho with third-party tools as necessary.
  • Test, train, and support team members during rollout.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in implementing Zoho One, especially Books, Inventory, and Creator.
  • Skilled in ERP migration, workflow automation, and custom module development.
  • Strong understanding of inventory and rental asset tracking.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Collaborating live with our team over Zoom will be required.
