About Data Management Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Data Management Systems Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing data systems and possess strong analytical skills. They will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining item master in ERP systems, as well as ensuring data accuracy and consistency by running regular validations and checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and maintain Item Master in ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
  • Maintain and update vendor master data, including pricing and other key attributes.
  • Record and regularly update transit days for DC-vendor combinations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by running regular validations and checks.
  • Support resolution of data-related issues in collaboration with sourcing, planning, and purchase team.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
  • Strong MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formatting, and macros knowledge is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle large data sets and maintain high accuracy.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to work with multiple teams.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Master Data Management/MIS/Reporting in FMCG, Manufacturing, or related industries.
