ERP Systems Specialist

We are seeking an ERP Systems Specialist to join our team. As an ERP Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our ERP system.

Responsibilities:

• Application Support & Maintenance: Collaborate with business associates and vendors to maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot the ERP application.
• Business User Support: Provide comprehensive support to users across various departments, including Sales & Customer Care, Billing, Taxation, Engineering, Contracting & Procurement, Finance, and Administration.
• Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the ERP system.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate and distribute periodic reports based on statistical analysis of data from various timeframes.
• Team Management & Supervision: Effectively supervise and mentor a team, providing solutions to resolve application issues by coordinating with multiple OEMs/Vendors team.
• Client Onboarding: Register new real estate clients under the ERP system, configuring and migrating client data as needed.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in ERP systems, specifically Farvision and In4Velocity.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Location: Gurgaon

Working Days: 6 days a week
