  • Conduct surveys or offer promotions to generate interest and encourage sales.
  • Follow up with existing customers regarding account status, renewals, or feedback, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into sales or opportunities, achieving set targets.
  • Upsell or cross-sell additional services/products to customers, increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve exceptional sales and service results, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
