Website Innovation Lead

As a Website Innovation Lead, you will spearhead the performance, user experience, and operations of our e-commerce website.

This is an opportunity to drive digital innovation, enhance UX, and optimize website performance.

  • You will oversee daily website operations, including new developments on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Collaborate with tech agencies to drive enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Promote CRO, website performance, and AI-powered personalization.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with marketing, merchandising, and ecom operations teams.
  • Utilize AI tools for automation, content creation, and analytics.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CVR, traffic, speed, load time, bounce rate, search efficiency, etc., and generate actionable insights.
  • Lead A/B testing, customer journey enhancements, and agile planning.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years in e-commerce website management.
  • Strong experience with SFCC (Business Manager, CMS workflows).
  • Familiarity with AI tools is beneficial.
  • Working knowledge of GA4, SEO, UX, and e-commerce analytics is preferred.
  • Fashion or premium/luxury D2C background is desirable.
