We are seeking a skilled Financial Strategist to lead and manage our company's financial operations.

As a Financial Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective financial strategies to drive business growth. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that align with our company's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Manage cash flow, accounting, and finance departments to ensure accurate financial reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement.
  • Research revenue opportunities and analyze internal operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments.
  • Monitor business performance with tracking tools and prepare detailed reports.

Requirements:

  • Five or more years of experience in financial & commercial roles.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in executive leadership / team handling role.
  • CA qualification or Master's degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance.
  • Experience in independently handling finalisation of books of accounts.
  • Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning.
  • Working knowledge of how to raise capital both through equity sale and traditional lines of credit.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance.

  • Goal-oriented and assertive with excellent analytical skills.
