We are seeking an accomplished Chief Artificial Intelligence Architect to spearhead our AI/ML initiatives.

Job Overview

This is a pivotal role that requires expertise in designing and overseeing the overall architecture for our Large Language Model (LLM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring alignment with business objectives, developing technical strategies, and creating roadmaps in line with organizational goals.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for technology selection, integration management, risk management, collaboration, innovation, and research and evaluation. Their expertise will enable us to stay at the forefront of AI advancements and incorporate best practices to improve our LLM capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and oversee the AI architecture for the LLM.
  • Define the technical strategy and create a roadmap in line with organizational goals.
  • Select technologies, frameworks, and tools for LLM development and deployment.
  • Oversee integration of data pipelines, model training environments, and deployment infrastructure.
  • Identify potential technical risks and define mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, domain experts, and stakeholders for cohesive implementation.
  • Stay updated with AI advancements and incorporate best practices to improve LLM capabilities.
  • Conduct in-depth research on LLM architectures, including open-source and domain-specific models like GPT, BERT, and FinBERT.
Required Skills:
  • Deep knowledge in AI, ML, NLP, and large language models (LLMs).
  • Strong grasp of scalability, modularity, and security principles.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies, data pipeline design, and data management practices.
  • Expertise in CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring for ML models.
  • Ability to guide technical teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills for addressing complex technical challenges.
