The Financial Manager will lead all financial operations, ensuring fiscal discipline, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role is critical to supporting our growth in the premium windows and aluminum systems market.

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance professional with a strong background in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or construction.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, along with experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, compliance, and Excel. They should also be proactive, a strong communicator, and able to work closely with leadership on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models
  • Advise leadership on cost optimization, capital allocation, and ROI analysis
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and payroll
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (taxation)
  • Coordinate internal and external audits
  • Collaborate with procurement and operations to track material costs and vendor payments
  • Implement cost control measures across supply chain and manufacturing units
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and board-level dashboards
  • Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions and performance reviews
  • Recommend and implement financial systems
  • Streamline documentation and approval workflows for finance-related processes
